Please understand that the Devonport Community Workshop is totally run by Volunteers and support from the Auckland City Council. Our tools and equipment have been donated but we still have to keep up the maintenance on them and the premises to ensure the safety of our visitors.

To help with this maintenance and to keep the lights on and power to the machinery we simply ask for donations. The amount of these donations are, of course, at your discretion. Remember, you are not paying us you are helping your Community and your donation will help us to assist the next person to walk through the door.

We have Eftpos and accept cash (no cheques obviously). Gold bars are not accepted as our volunteers struggle to lift heavy weights
