Donations

Donations are used to maintain and update equipment, including tools and workshop facilities  and purchase materials for use in community projects.  As well donations contribute toward our various costs of safely operating our workshop, like electricity and insurance.

We offer two ways you can make a donation.

Phone Banking - No processing fee!  Once you enter the amount you wish to donate, you are directed to your phone Banking app.  When the payment is complete you automatically receive a receipt (make sure you enter your correct email address on the form).  Click on the Donate by Phone Banking Button or Scan the QR code to Donate this way.​​​​

Internet Banking - this option incurs no fees but may require more effort on your part.  You can do this from a browser or a phone banking App and payments incur no fees.  If you donate by Internet Banking, please let us know your contact details by email to enquiry@dcw.org.nz  so we can send you your receipt.We manually create a receipt for you.

Tax Deductible 

The Devonport Community Workshop is a registered charity, donations of $5.00 and over are tax-deductible.  If you donate via phone banking you will automatically receive an email with your donation receipt attached for your records.  ​If you donate by Internet Banking please let us know your contact details so that we can send you out your receipt.
